Warranty means little when things go right, but if they do not, you can count on us to make them right.
We stand by our product and service
Our products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials originating in manufacturing process. While you can familiarize yourself with main warranty stipulations below, you will find the detailed terms and conditions in the warranty document which comes as part of the agreement.
Windows Warranty
Frames and sashes are covered against blistering, peeling, flaking, cracking, fading, or warping under regular use for the life of the product
Painted or coated surfaces are warranted against peeling, cracking, and excessive fading due to manufacturing defects for the life of the product
All window hardware including locks, handles, and other mechanical components is covered for regular use for the life of the product
The insulated glass units are covered against seal failure or significant visual defects arising from the manufacturing process for the life of the product
Cracked or broken glass due to manufacturing defects or thermal shock is covered for one year from the delivery date
Warranty only applies to products professionally installed by Canadian Quality Windows and without any modifications or alterations. Damage due to environmental or external factors such as wind, hail, lightning, extreme weather, or other incidents of weather deemed as an act of God, fire, flood, chemical exposure, or any factors beyond manufacturer’s control, as well as physical damage other than production defect is excluded.
This warranty is transferable to new property owners.
Doors Warranty
Vinyl wrapped frames and components are warranted against defects for 10 years from the delivery date
Steel doors are warranted against warping, rusting, and buckling for 10 years as per component manufacturer
Fiberglass doors are warranted against dents, warping, rot, or buckle for 10 years as per component manufacturer
This warranty is transferable to new property owners
This warranty only applies to products professionally installed by Canadian Quality Windows and without any modifications or alterations.
Labour Warranty
Canadian Quality Windows & Doors installation services are warranted against installation defects for 5 years within which period the affected product may be repaired or replaced at company’s discretion.
